About You
We’re looking for Support Workers who:
✔️ Are compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
✔️ Have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, complex behaviours)
✔️ Hold a current ABN, First Aid & CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
✔️ Have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
✔️ Are comfortable working in outdoor and animal-assisted environments
Desirable:
⭐ Auslan skills or experience supporting the deaf community
⭐ Experience with alternative communication methods (AAC, key word sign, etc.)
⭐ A passion for nature-based, farm, and sensory-friendly supports
