The Atypical School Holiday Program offers young people aged 5 – 18 years with disability a fun, supportive and engaging way to spend the school holidays. Based at Atypical Farm in Cranbourne South, our program provides a safe and inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, develop friendships and enjoy meaningful activities during the break from school.
Each day is designed to support social connection, independence and life skills through hands-on experiences and outdoor activities. Participants may enjoy animal care, farm projects, creative activities, cooking, nature-based play and community outings. Our team focuses on creating an environment where young people feel welcomed, supported and encouraged to try new things at their own pace.
We operate in small, supportive groups, and where possible participants are grouped with similar aged peers to ensure the best experience for everyone. This allows younger children and teens to engage in activities that are appropriate, enjoyable and suited to their stage of development, while still benefiting from the inclusive and community-focused environment at Atypical Farm.
